Acer Aspire 4540 Windows 7 Ultimatum Driver

Installing Windows 7 Ultimate on Acer Aspire 4540, some of devices such as graphic, sound, bluetooth, and wifi didn’t work properly. Someone who experiences this problem aware that it was cause of the drivers’ problem but he doesn‘t know how to find the right one.

In case you have the similar problem of Driver on Acer Aspire 4540 laptop, firstly, check the resource CD that came with your laptop. Actually, that CD has all the necessary drivers for it. Just put the CD in the driver and let it runs automatically.
However, if you missed or didn’t have the CD you can get the latest chipset driver from ATI which may include the 4200 driver. Or if necessary, you can try to look for the 4540 on Acer’s site and see if a chipset driver is there.
If you’re not sure what the chipset is, use HWInfo32 and post a screenshot of the summary screen. You can download HWInfo32 through the link below this post. If that’s way doesn’t work, just try to get the latest driver from the manufacturer of your laptop and model.
